- 2-Day In-Person: You spend two full days (approx. 15 hours total) in the classroom with an instructor covering both theory and practical skills.
- Blended: You complete the theory portion online at your own pace (approx. 8 hours) before attending a single 7.5-hour in-person class focused entirely on hands-on practical skills (like CPR and bandaging).
