Conveniently located at our Edmonton Operations Centre on 110 Avenue NW, this half-day session is perfect for contractors and businesses looking for efficient, high-quality safety training. It focuses on the practical realities of preventing falls in standard work environments.

What You Will Learn:

  • System Basics:Understanding the core components of fall arrest and travel restraint systems.
  • Equipment Care:How to properly inspect and fit a full-body harness.
  • Hazard Awareness:Identifying fall hazards on scaffolds, ladders, and elevated platforms.
  • Legal Compliance:A review of your rights and responsibilities under Alberta OHS legislation.

Training Details:

  • Location: 20204 110 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB (Easy access from Anthony Henday & Yellowhead Trail).
  • Duration: Approximately 4 hours (includes practical component).
  • Certification: Upon successful completion (80% minimum on both theory and practical components), you’ll receive a certificate.
  • Re-certification: Required every three years.
  • Prerequisites: All students must bring valid government-issued
  • Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions are permitted up to the course start date.
